  • Orders outside Pakistan are not available at this time.

  • Custom or out-of-stock items may take 3–5 business days for processing.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.

  • For orders below Rs. 5,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we send the wrong or defective product.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery with our courier partner.


6. Damaged or Lost Items
